FAQ
How do I send you the RAWs?
With Lightroom there is a process that enables you to create a catalog that also includes 'Smart Previews' . These smaller files replicate the image for editing, then when returned to you, it will apply the edit onto your original RAW file. I will send a PDF explaining the steps!
Is there a discount for over 800 images?
Yes, weddings over 800 images gets the additional images at a rate of 0.20
How long do you take to edit and send back?
For family and portraits, 2-3 days
Weddings are 5-7 days
How do I get Smart Previews to you?
I always use Dropbox, and can set up our own private folder.
Can I check on progress?
Yes, you will get a private gallery showing progress and you can comment and ask for any adjustments
